Hazardville Trade Village sits on a 4.5-acre site in the heart of historical Hazardville Ct. We currently have an excellent selection of commercial spaces to suit a wide variety of needs. We are weaving a tapestry that preserves and celebrates the rich history of Hazardville while embracing the future and its exciting possibilities. We are planning to power much of the village with solar electric technology, and we hope to provide electricity to our partners at a substantially reduced rate as well.
We are combining a richly diverse group of businesses comparable to what you would find at a home show or better living center at the Big E. Some of the new prospective tenants range from a period style old time barber shop to a high-tech store featuring Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality and more.
We have a variety of infrastructure improvements planned beginning with re-paving Mill St. which runs through the heart of the Trade Village.
